The BPI Buddy is a practitioner-led learning library designed to support real improvement and personal growth and our BPI Academy provides online certified programmes which are open to public enrolment.
Susan Clancy, MD BPI Services
Susan Clancy is a certified Master Black Belt and Lean Practitioner with a BSc and extensive experience in Lean Six Sigma, Change Management, Strategy Deployment, and Organisation Development as well as an Adjunct Lecturer with MTU and Academic Partner with University of Limerick.
She is the founder of BPI Services and creator of our “Lead at Every Level” model that enables organisations to align strategy, deliver transformational improvements, and build internal capability simultaneously.
Susan specialises in developing people and equipping leaders to navigate complex business challenges while embedding best practice. Her work goes beyond tools and methodologies; she focuses on strengthening thinking capability, ownership, and leadership at all levels of an organisation.
Her client portfolio spans Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Construction, Medical Devices, Healthcare, Education, Utilities, Hospitality, IT, and both private and public sector organisations.
Susan has led large-scale Operational Excellence programmes across Ireland, the UK, Asia, Europe, and the United States. Her expertise ranges from strategic deployment and governance through to tactical implementation, team development, and the design and delivery of accredited training programmes in partnership with academic institutions.

Jerry Daly, Director BPI Services
Jerry has worked across the Electronics and Pharmaceutical Sectors, with strong experience in Health & Safety and Operational Improvement.
He co-founded BPI Services in 2006 and has played a key role in shaping its strategic direction and long-term growth. He has led the development of innovative learning solutions, including BPI Buddy, BPI Services video-based capability and reference platform that supports practical, real-world application.
A strong advocate of leadership at every level, Jerry believes sustainable performance is achieved when people are empowered with the capability to improve their own work—creating the conditions for innovation, engagement, and lasting success.
