The Strategy Development Program was was a stimulating, challenging and rewarding programme rolled out over a two year period. A key benefit of the programme was to support the Team in the development of a clear vision for the company. This new vision of the future is supporting us to stretch our capabilities, challenge our thinking and expand our current profile.
